Do You Have a Will?

I, (Fill your name in here), hereby publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, as determined by the great state of
Nebraska:

My spouse shall have $50,000 plus ˝ of my property, and my
children shall have the other ˝ of my property, even if my children are minors
at the time of my death.
ARTICLE II
If I die without children or my children predecease me, my
parents shall have ˝ of my property.
ARTICLE III
If my spouse remarries, his/her second husband/wife shall be
entitled to at least ˝ of his/her property, including that which I left
him/her. His/her second husband/wife is
under no obligation to use this property for the benefit of our children.
ARTICLE IV
The probate court shall appoint my personal representative.
The probate court shall require accounts from my spouse as
guardian of my minor children and require my spouse to post a bond.
My minor children will receive their property at age 18

I will cheerfully pay as much income taxes as possible.
ARTICLE V
If all my family predecease me, I leave all my property to
