The Solution: Remove existing clay tile roof, replace cracked/broken tiles, re- install roof tile, re-using approximately 80% of existing tiles; replace felt underlayment of roof; replace metal flashing and valleys; re-design gutters and downspouts
Phase One has been completed!
Phase Two: Exterior Wall Restoration
The Problem: Deteriorating Exterior Church Walls
The Solution: Tuckpoint (repair/replace mortar joint) entire exterior masonry walls; repair, re-glaze, and re-paint window frames; remove and replace existing window sealant
Phase 2 has been complete!

The Problem: Peeling Plaster Ceiling & Walls; Narrow, Shallow Exterior Entrances
The Solution: Paint interior walls; install new floor tile; renovate heating/AC system;

new bathrooms, new outside entry doors, new door
arch/side lights, larger gathering/entry area.
Exterior work to include remodel of sidewalks, steps
Construction of a narthex on the West side to include handicap
ramp entrance
Phase
IV will cost: An
additional $300,000, or $375.00 per family registered
Work
to begin: Upon receipt
of the funds needed to complete the construction.
The earlier we meet the goal, the less we will spend in
rising construction costs.
Our goal is 18 months or less.
