A large number of volunteers are needed for this event.

We need people to:

• Run/work game booths                                                 

• Sell tickets

• Cook and serve food both inside the cafeteria and outside

• Work the prize redemption booth                                  

• Cash checks

• Bake cakes for the cakewalk                                       

• Paint Faces/Hair

• Supply goodies for the bake sale                                               

• Help set-up and clean-up

• Donate for and work at the plant table                           

• Cashier at food stations

• Deliver fliers and tickets around the neighborhood

• Write letters and deliver tickets to sponsors

• Collect groceries for the Country Store Booth

• Seek donations of meat for the Meat Market

• Collect glassware for the Dime Pitch Booth

• Clear tables in the cafeteria during the day

• Work the refreshment stand

• Collect inexpensive Duck Pond Prizes

• Advertising:  Fliers, public media outlets, hanging up banners
