While some expenses still need to be paid, the preliminary numbers project a net profit of well over $30,000.  An event as large as this relies on many prayers, many volunteers, and many supporters. St. Bernard Parish is blessed to have many people who work to make the future better for us all.

The evening started with social time and a silent auction with over 300 items for bid.  Dinner was served while the big raffle winners were announced.  Congratulations to our winners:  $1,500 to Lavonne Piotrowski; $500 to Margaret Trouba; $250 to Diane Becker and our Bonus Seller’s Prize of $100 to Barb Brusegaard.

The live auction featured many fun dinners, outings and a beautiful puppy!

Plans are already being made for 2008’s event, “Hollywood Nights”.  Come join us next year for a great time!
